We are offering an internship as Deputy Head of Service (a) for hotel management students

Here is what you will do

You assist in the operational management of the restaurants on board a ship
You are responsible for a smooth daily operation in all service areas: a la carte service, culinary cruises, and special events
You ensure consistently high quality and strict adherence to the safety and hygiene concept (HACCP)
You are the first point of contact and liaison for the nautical ship crew in the absence of the Head of Service
Perform daily accounting and are responsible for inventory management including ordering

What we expect from you

You are a student at a Swiss hotel management school
You speak fluent German
You speak English, preferably
You are motivated, proactive, and identify with Swiss gastronomy
