• Independently processing and answering customer inquiries by phone, email, and mail in German and French
• Competent advising and providing information about our range and services via phone and email
• Supporting LANDI stores with questions about online orders
• Processing and handling claims
• Substituting reception staff during absences
• Ideal working days: Monday & Friday

• Confident oral and written communication in German and French
• Experience in customer service and affinity for telephone and written customer advice
• Completed commercial training is a plus
• Communicative and customer-oriented personality

The customer service department ensures the timely processing of all questions from our end customers in German-speaking Switzerland and the Romandy and handles the concerns related to our online shop. We are looking for a customer-oriented personality as a Customer Service Clerk 50% immediately or by arrangement.
