Contract Manager (80-100%) - 1488
Ensuring electricity in Switzerland
In this position, you shape the contractual framework for secure, efficient grid connections – from the initial idea to operational implementation. As a central contact point, you coordinate engineering, legal, and external partners and ensure that contracts are precise in terms of expertise, technical aspects, and commercial conditions. You are responsible for the development of contracts in close collaboration with the technical and legal departments as well as industry partners. Additionally, you are responsible for the following tasks:
Development of grid connection, plant contracts, and standard contracts including technical appendices in close cooperation with engineering and legal
Creation and further development of cost models, connection conditions, and capacity concepts, especially for data centers, battery storage, and hybrid plants
End-to-end coordination of internal and external stakeholders until signing; moderation of negotiations and workshops
Contact person (SPOC) for grid connection contracts: orchestrating internal departments and external partners

For this position, we are looking for a communicative, solution-oriented personality with a strong doer mentality and the ability to handle various topics simultaneously. You have an affinity for technology and innovation and enjoy questioning things and driving improvements. Additionally, you bring the following qualifications:
Completed studies (or equivalent education) in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, or industrial engineering
Experience in project management and contract management, ideally in the field of critical infrastructures
Negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a high quality awareness
Business administration knowledge is an advantage
Fluent German and very good English skills; French and Italian skills are an advantage
