Due to maternity leave and the introduction of a new ERP system, we are looking for from October 2025 to March 2027 a qualified specialist to work in our financial accounting and the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The workload is about 60-80% and 100% during the 2025 year-end closing (mid-January – end of March 2026).These tasks will excite you
- You are responsible for the processes and daily business in financial accounting
- You prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements as well as the annual financial statement (accounting part) including Excel-based reporting
- You play an important role in the introduction of our new ERP system as of January 1, 2026 (MS Dynamics 365 F&O) and its further development
- You maintain close contact with our "Members" and "Distribution" departments for financial technical questions (billing, payments, tax certificates, etc.)
This is what distinguishes you
- You have a commercial and/or business administration education and ideally further training in finance and accounting
- You bring several years of experience in a similar position
- You have in-depth knowledge and broad experience in Swiss GAAP FER and the preparation of annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER
- You have very good knowledge of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and bring project experience in the implementation and expansion of this software
- Very good Excel skills complete your profile
- You can contribute your analytical thinking, process orientation, and project experience with us
