• Monitoring and controlling the services of external IT infrastructure providers, especially Swisscom as the primary partner
• Administration and support of our internal IT infrastructure
• Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the various IT infrastructure services
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to modernize and optimize the IT infrastructure
• Management and maintenance of IT documentation as well as IT infrastructure architecture and asset inventory
• Support in planning and executing IT projects regarding necessary IT infrastructure adjustments
• Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with security requirements and regulatory provisions
• Administration and support of our internal IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, firewall, etc.)
• Willingness to take on on-call duties regarding the internally and externally hosted IT infrastructure

• Completed studies in the IT field
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Experience in the administration of IT infrastructures, both internally and in collaboration with external providers
• Solid knowledge in networks, server administration, virtualization, and cloud services
• Experience dealing with external service providers and knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux
• Independent, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills
• Team player and organizational talent
