Your Tasks
- Dual management of the ward in professional, organizational, and economic terms
- Ensuring high-quality patient care as well as coordination of treatment processes
- Co-designing, further developing, and implementing new treatment concepts
- Ensuring and reviewing the quality of treatment planning and clinical documentation
Your Profile
- Strong ability to work professionally with severely ill patients with limited alliance capability in the setting of a private clinic
- High degree of independence in the care and treatment of patients
- Organizational talent as well as cooperative and interprofessional collaboration with various professional groups
- Presentation skills and the ability to competently represent the private clinic outside of PBL
- Consistent patient-oriented attitude reflected in structuring the daily ward routine as well as in dealing with patients and staff
- Leadership experience as well as good leadership and management skills or the motivation to further educate yourself in this area
- Experience in mindfulness training is an advantage
