• Client consultations (advisory discussions and creating financial plans as well as their presentation)
• Internal appearance (specialist events, point of contact for employees) in the areas of financial and retirement planning
• External appearance (specialist lectures, editorial work, etc.) in the mentioned topics / "ambassador" for the mentioned topics
• Networking activities (internally, externally), both professionally and in professional networks
• Participation in the further development of the Wealth Planning service portfolio
• Mandatory participation in client events or external specialist events
• Support and representation within the team

• Commercial basic training and/or university/technical college degree
• Training in the financial planning area is desirable, but not a requirement – if lacking training, willingness to complete it promptly is expected
• Strong communication skills and a sales flair with a high closing orientation
• Customer-oriented, integral personality with quick comprehension
• High sense of responsibility and independence
• Winning and convincing demeanor
• Fluent in German and negotiation-level English skills
