In this exciting role, you combine your IT and data expertise with your experience in customer service. You take responsibility for the further development and optimization of service processes as well as our data and reporting systems. In doing so, you make an important contribution to the digitization and efficiency enhancement of our customer service – always with the goal of creating an outstanding customer experience.
What you can achieve with us
- Capture, analyze, and optimize customer service processes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop, document, and maintain standardized service processes (BPMN, process maps).
- Ensure data quality and build a reliable data foundation for customer service.
- Create and maintain meaningful dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Automate recurring workflows using modern tools and interfaces.
- Design and manage interfaces to ERP systems (e.g., SAP IS-U, CRM, FI/CO) for seamless integration of customer service, billing, and process data.
- Participate in projects for digitization, system integration, and process harmonization.
- Work closely with customer service, IT, billing, and other departments.
- Identify new trends and technologies for continuous improvement of the customer journey.
What defines you
- Completed training or studies in business informatics, computer science, data engineering, or business administration.
- Experience in process management (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma) and process analysis.
- Experience with Python, SQL, PowerBI, and Excel – both for process automation and analysis of large data sets.
- Experience in building, further developing, and operating reporting or data platforms.
- Understanding of customer service and support processes as well as their interfaces to IT and ERP systems.
- Analytical, structured, and interconnected thinking with a high quality awareness.
- Independent, solution-oriented, and proactive working style.
- Enjoyment of digitization, teamwork, and designing efficient service processes.
