About the job
At our company, committed electrical project manager graduates gain an in-depth insight into the exciting world of the electrical industry. Over 24 months, they learn about the various facets along the construction and electrical lifecycle at ElektroLife AG and the group companies. From day one, you will be specifically supported and challenged by us and gradually trained by experienced department and project managers. In addition, you have the chance to participate in cross-departmental projects and take on a lot of responsibility. In our open corporate culture, you will work closely with other project managers and gain extensive experience in the field of installation. The goal of the program is the start of a successful specialist or management career and, depending on suitability and interest, continued employment with the ElektroLife Group.
What we expect
- Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ
- Further training as an electrical project manager: installation & safety with FA
- Strong interest in the electrical and construction sector
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite and generally an affinity for IT tools
- Analytical approach, networked thinking, committed, strong communication skills, and a team player
- Strong solution orientation, positive attitude, and flexibility
- Driver's license category B
