- Overall responsibility for HR and payroll
- Design of the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, personnel development, offboarding
- Advice and support for managers and employees on labor and personnel law issues
- Responsibility for monthly payroll accounting and management of the payroll team
- Ensuring compliance with legal and collective agreement requirements
- Further development of vocational training and management of the technical trainer
- Implementation and management of HR projects (e.g. digitization, employer branding, organizational development)
- Analysis, reporting and controlling of personnel and payroll key figures
Your profile
- At least 10 years of professional experience in HR with leadership experience and responsibility for payroll
- Sound knowledge of labor, social security and wage tax law as well as collective agreement law in the metal and electrical industry
- Experience in an industrial production environment with shift work
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP HCM is an advantage
- Service orientation and strong communication skills
- Structured and analytical way of working with a high level of implementation strength
