Activities
- Creation and optimization of CNC programs based on customer drawings
- Independent setup, loading, and adjustment of CNC machines for prototypes as well as small and medium series
- Operation of multiple machines (multi-machine operation)
- Conducting quality checks as part of self-inspection
- Active participation in the optimization of processes and technologies
- Maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment
Requirements
- Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge in CNC programming (e.g., Siemens, Heidenhain, or Fanuc)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Flexibility, teamwork, and resilience – even in demanding situations
- Structured, efficient, and independent way of working
