VIVIVA Baar AG is a non-profit retirement centre with around 220 employees at two central locations in Baar. We combine quality care with humanity – professional, regionally rooted and with heart.
We are looking for a committed specialist to join us immediately or by arrangement. In this newly created role, you will take on professional responsibility for the interRAI-LTCF system. With your expertise and knowledge, you will make an important contribution to the further development of care quality and the sustainable optimisation of care processes.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the correct and consistent application of the InterRAI LTCF system
- You ensure that assessments are completed fully, correctly and on time
- You check the quality of coding as well as the plausibility between assessment, care planning and care documentation
- You accompany and support the RAI supervisors and care coordinators in professional matters
- You identify training needs and conduct internal training sessions and coaching
- You carry out regular quality checks and initiate improvement measures
- You work closely with the care specialist support and support the continuous development of care quality
- You are the contact person for employees with questions about interRAI LTCF
Your profile
- Completed training as an interRAI expert
- Several years of practical experience in long-term care as well as very good knowledge of the interRAI LTCF system
- Experience in coding and assessing assessments
- Enjoyment in professionally accompanying, coaching and imparting knowledge to employees
- Analytical, structured and quality-oriented way of working
- Good IT skills and experience with electronic care documentation systems
- Independent, responsible and communicative personality
