Metalworker - Workshop Manager (High Level of Responsibility)

• You manage the entire workshop operation and ensure a smooth
• process from planning to implementation
• You lead, motivate and develop a team of specialists and apprentices
• As the interface to project management and assembly, you coordinate resources,
• machines and schedules
• Optionally, you also take on responsibility as assembly manager and accompany
• projects until completion
• You ensure the highest quality, safe processes and efficient workflows

• Training as a metalworker EFZ, ideally with further training as workshop or
• assembly manager (or planned)
• First leadership experience and enjoyment in achieving success together
• Independent, reliable working style with a hands-on mentality
• Forklift license and driving license category B
