For our area of living in old age, we are looking for a committed Health Specialist EFZ who wants to combine their nursing expertise with agogic relationship work, far from a hectic nursing everyday life.
Health Specialist (80%-100%)
For us, relationship and support are paramount. In this role, you accompany people with support needs in their daily living and support the team in nursing specialist topics.
Your task – more than "classic" care
- You support the team in nursing topics (e.g., prophylaxis, mobility, wound management, medication management).
- You create a respectful, homely everyday life for our service users and accompany them resource-oriented.
- You support people in maintaining their autonomy, independence, health preservation, and prevention.
- You plan and implement agogic and nursing measures within the framework of the promotion plan.
- You take responsibility as a reference person and maintain contact with relatives and external specialist agencies.
- You accompany trainees, interns, and co-caregivers and gladly pass on your expertise.
- You actively participate in meetings, documentation, quality development, and safety standards.
What you bring
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ.
- Enjoyment in applying your nursing expertise in an agogically shaped environment.
- Willingness to take responsibility and share expertise.
- High social competence, empathy, and joy in interpersonal relationships.
- Independent, structured working style.
- Willingness to participate in shift and on-call duty.
- Experience with people with support needs is an advantage – your attitude is decisive.
