About the job
The Heime Uster are a public-law institution for long-term care with a wide-ranging offer that is entirely oriented towards the needs of the residents. Around 340 employees are dedicated and empathetic in caring for the 220 residents at the two locations Im Grund and Dietenrain.
We are very proud to offer around 60 apprentices and students in the fields of nursing and care, hospitality, and housekeeping a first-class education. You will gain exciting insights into various settings, acquire a wealth of knowledge, and gather plenty of practical experience for your professional future.

Your main tasks
During your training, you will have the wonderful opportunity to take on diverse tasks. This way, you can get to know the various facets of the nursing profession. Your core tasks are varied and include daily life organisation, administration, logistics, and medical technology. You care for and support sick and elderly people, assist them with daily activities, and are there for them. You will be part of a committed team that supports and encourages you on your path.
You also have the opportunity to complete external as well as in-house internships with us (hospital, Spitex, and Wagerenhof).
