Strike Advisory is a brokerage company for mortgages and insurance. We support property buyers and owners in purchasing or renewing their mortgage and assist them in all matters related to real estate financing.

Sales Manager (100%)

Your tasks as Sales Manager German-speaking Switzerland (60%):
Leadership of a team of financial advisors in Zurich and Basel; the team is continuously expanding
KPI responsibility: Reporting and tracking KPIs as well as defining individual goals within the team
Motivation: You inspire and energize the team to achieve goals together and create a culture where cohesion and performance coexist
Performance support & coaching: You accompany the team through regular check-ins and provide targeted feedback for development. You act as a mentor to the team and actively work on their tasks
Sales training: You design and lead training sessions on sales, communication, and expertise
Collaboration with Neho: You are the first contact person for complex cases and work closely with Neho's sales managers
Your tasks as mortgage expert (40%):
Financing advice for property buyers and owners, processing leads generated by Neho in German and English
Mortgages & pension: Developing the optimal financing strategy for our clients including risk analysis and pension advice (life insurance, disability, death)
Taxes: Calculating the potential for tax optimization considering all factors
Negotiation with financial partners to offer clients individually suitable solutions at the best conditions
Customer care: Comprehensive personal support of each file and accompanying your clients through all financing steps (notary, bank, insurance, etc.)
Networking: Expanding your network and strengthening your reputation as an expert in real estate financing

What you bring:
7+ years of experience in the mortgage and/or insurance sector, experience in brokerage is an advantage
Experience in leading and developing sales teams
Extensive expertise in mortgage and pension solutions
A winning personality with strong leadership and communication skills
Strong customer orientation and excellent negotiation skills in dealing with clients and partners
Solution-oriented and structured working style
Technological affinity and ease in learning new tools (CRM)
Completed VBV or IAF certification
Excellent communication skills in Swiss German (native) and English (min. B1)
