We offer you this:
- 25 days vacation up to 49 years, 28 days vacation up to 60 years, 33 days from 60 years
- Your pension fund contribution 45%
- 20% time surcharge for late shifts
- Late shift allowances CHF 8.-/hour from 8:00 p.m.
- Weekend allowances CHF 8.-/hour from 12:00 p.m.
- On-call allowances weekdays CHF 40.-/on-call; weekend CHF 60.-/on-call
- Professional development opportunities (professional profile courses) and diverse further training offers
- Electronic nursing documentation and advanced communication tools
- Spitex cars and bikes are available
- Flat rate for private bikes, scooters or use of private car
- No night shifts
