We are looking for a:
Community Health and Care Assistant - Morges Clinic (F/M) at 80-100%
Start date to be agreed upon.

YOU POSSESS
- A CFC of Community Health and Care Assistant or any other title deemed equivalent.
- A first experience gained in an acute care service, an asset.
- A good command of common IT tools and good knowledge of English, assets.
- A posture in line with the mission of the unit.
- Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate).
- A sense of listening and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good emotional mastery, proactivity, and flexibility.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the care of the patient entrusted to you by considering their needs, care objectives, and medical orders, within your area of competence and under nursing delegation.
- Support the physical, social, and psychological well-being of the entrusted patient and help them organize daily activities.
- Be responsible for the management of the patient's immediate environment in terms of hygiene and safety.
- Optimize care through a personalized, holistic, multidisciplinary, and interprofessional approach.
- Actively and constructively participate in teamwork.
