Project Collaborator
Office for Municipalities | 50-60% | Chur
The Office for Municipalities ensures that municipalities, local communities, and regions have a legitimate organization, are able to fulfill their tasks independently, and are financially sound. It guarantees supervision of municipalities (institutional and financial supervision) and is responsible for the implementation of financial equalization. It strengthens the municipality as an institution by promoting municipal mergers.
For the Office for Municipalities, we are looking for a project collaborator starting 1.09.2026 or by agreement to effectively support the services section.
- Support in projects and office tasks (financial equalization, municipal reform, effectiveness reports, etc.)
- Support for management (including finance and internal accounting, report presentation, quality assurance, SCI, personnel administration)
- Responsibility for IT and digitalization, power user
- Support and training for employees
- Basic commercial training with advanced further education
- Professional experience in back office and management support
- High affinity for the IT field
- Strong communication skills
- The working language is German. Knowledge of at least one other cantonal language is an advantage
