What you bring
- You have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF or FH
- You bring at least two years of professional experience in the acute sector
- You have already completed a leadership training or are motivated to do so
- Basic knowledge in process control as well as a solution- and implementation-oriented mindset characterize you
- In multiprofessional teams, you act confidently and constructively with clear, values-based communication and a high sense of responsibility
