What awaits you:

You lead and organize a team of 5 to 6 people and are responsible for the timely submission of high-quality competition entries. With your sense for design, architectural quality, and strategy, you actively participate in the selection of relevant competitions and shape the content priorities. Through regular design reviews, you ensure that the projects convince both in terms of design and content. In doing so, you combine your organizational skills with creative thinking and contribute decisively to the successful further development of Burckhardt's competition work.

What you bring:

Convincing presence and the ability to present content clearly and effectively.
Analytical and conceptual strength.
Creativity, design skills, and innovative spirit.
Enjoyment of competition activities and a methodically varied approach.
Experience and familiarity with Swiss competition and architectural culture.
Experience in organizing and structuring competition teams and processes.
Independent and at the same time team-oriented working style.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
Confident handling of ArchiCAD as well as common graphic, visualization, and layout programs.
