- Responsibility for the house management during the night hours.
- Implementation of a holistic understanding of care.
- Collaboration and guidance of assistant staff.
- Administration of medications at night.
- Medical technical procedures, such as wound management.
- Keeping reports and documentation.
You bring
- Joy in dealing with elderly people.
- Enthusiasm for teamwork.
- Knowledge in the field of dementia and gerontology or the willingness to further educate yourself in this area.
- Experience with RAI/RUG or the motivation to acquire this knowledge.
- Sense of responsibility, creativity, flexibility, and humor.
- Ability to recognize emergency situations and act appropriately.
