Your area of responsibility

Performing maintenance and surrounding area work as well as various cleaning tasks
Ensuring winter service
Maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various building facilities
Monitoring service work by external companies in the building area
Organizing waste disposal
On-call service in the area of building security
Organizing and implementing internal moves
Participation in building projects
Assisting with Calida events (representative meetings, clearance sales, visitor events, etc.)

What is important to us

Valid driver's license
Basic technical understanding
Independent, responsible, and proactive personality
Team player, friendly, resilient, and stress-resistant
High commitment and flexibility, including on-call service
Knowledge in the areas of safety and sanitation is an advantage
Very good German skills, spoken and written
