About the job
The Spitex of the Bülach region is the outpatient business area of the Stiftung Alterszentrum Region Bülach. As a public Spitex, we provide services in the areas of regular care, palliative care, psychiatry, dementia, wound care, and housekeeping with around 75 employees. Our Spitex serves 5 municipalities with about 36,000 inhabitants.
As of January 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a
Head of Spitex 80-100%
In this versatile leadership role, you will take overall responsibility for the Spitex area. You will directly manage 3 department heads as well as 5 employees in dispatch and, together with them, ensure high-quality outpatient care. - Professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of a dedicated team in the core areas of care and housekeeping
- Ensuring, controlling, and continuously developing the quality of services
- Responsibility for modern, digitally supported work processes
- Active participation in management as well as co-responsibility for the strategic and economic development of the foundation
- Varied and responsible tasks with plenty of scope for design
What you bring
- Comprehensive industry knowledge in healthcare
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role in the Spitex environment
- High social and communication skills as well as an empathetic and supportive leadership culture
- Strong organizational talent, resilience, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Good business management knowledge and confident use of common IT programs (MS Office, Perigon an advantage)
- Analytical skills and networked thinking
