The Spitex of the Bülach region is the outpatient business area of the Foundation Alterszentrum Region Bülach. As a public Spitex, we provide services with around 75 employees in the areas of regular care, palliative care, psychiatry, dementia, wound care, and household services. Our Spitex serves five municipalities with about 36,000 inhabitants.

What to expect
- Professional and personnel management of the household team – including deployment planning, ordering, and material management
- Conducting client admissions as well as clarification and consultation interviews
- Ensuring an efficient, smooth daily operation and occasional work in the operational area
- Further development and optimization of processes and workflows
- Close and appreciative collaboration with other specialist areas
What you bring
- Completed training in household services (EFZ) as well as training as a household services manager with a federal specialist certificate
- Several years of experience in the household sector within a Spitex organization
- Very good German and IT skills as well as experience with Perigon
- Driver's license category B
- A solution-oriented, communicative, and service-strong personality who gladly takes responsibility
