Immediately or by arrangement we are looking for a

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or DNI/II 50-100% or Experienced Health Professional EFZ in Day Service

Your Tasks:

• You take on the shift responsibility during the day and make your active contribution to good teamwork
• You plan and organize care and support, provide direct nursing services, and shape the care process
• You take on the personal care as well as the work with relatives
• You support the guidance of our nursing trainees and students

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or DNI/II or as a Health Professional EFZ 
• Broad nursing expertise in the field of long-term care as well as an open and appreciative attitude
• Proficient handling of RAI RUG and electronic resident documentation (easyDok) is an advantage
• Independent, conscientious, and economical working style as well as resilience
