Your team
The Operations division covers the processing and monitoring of all types of financial instruments and ensures the administration of investment funds. It supports other divisions and provides clients with top-quality service, relying on modern and robust infrastructures.
As a member of the Information Delivery service within our Operations division, you will be integrated into the Records Management team. You will thus join a service that brings together Output & Delivery Management and Multimedia Production.
As a Production and Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our internal partners to ensure the efficient and quality production of the Group's contractual documents. Your role will also include overseeing projects related to the Group's forms, ensuring rigorous follow-up. You will play a key role as the central point of contact for all Pictet's contractual needs, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our processes.
Your role
Management of the production of the Group's contractual documents.
- Receive and manage requests for new documents or modifications of documents from internal stakeholders (front office, compliance, and legal services at the group level)
- Collaborate with our language service for necessary translations, ensuring consistency and clarity of all documentation.
- Supervise the document formatting process to meet our quality standards.
- Facilitate the approval process with requesters before publication.
- Simultaneous follow-up of several document development projects.
- Execution and quality controls throughout the process.
Project follow-up concerning the Group's forms and document governance
- Follow-up of projects related to the Group's forms (setting up schedules, reminders to various contacts).
- Follow-up of development projects for the Group's various document tools and platforms impacting contractual documents (in collaboration with IT).
- Coordination and monitoring of the archive lifecycle with the Group's different entities.
Your profile
- University degree, HES, HEG or equivalent training.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, with an analytical mind, a sense of service, and organization.
- Excellent knowledge of office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of banking documentation: an asset.
- Good knowledge of HTML language: an advantage.
- Experience working with document template creation software (Communications Management): an advantage.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- French: fluent; English: fluent.
- Residence in Switzerland required.
