Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services Team provides consulting services across the entire breadth of the finance function. To further strengthen our Transaction Accounting and IPO Services Team in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced, team-oriented, motivated, and committed personality as Manager (80-100%).

• You lead projects advising our international and national clients from industry, trade, and the service sector on matters related to transactions in acquisitions ("Transaction Accounting"), sales, and going public / IPO. This includes consulting on the representation of acquisitions and the preparation of pro-forma and carve-out reporting.
• You also support and advise our clients on accounting changes and conversions ("GAAP Conversions") as well as on the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Furthermore, you support clients in the areas of processes, controls, accounting (OR, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, and US GAAP), and in the realignment of the finance function.
• You work closely with other locations and service lines (e.g., Strategy and Transactions, Tax, Consulting) and experts to provide the best possible service to our clients.
• You take on a leadership role in the team during the execution of mandates (mainly at the location but also in the rest of Switzerland) as well as in acquiring new clients and take responsibility for the development of other employees.

What you bring — skills with which you shape the future

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics and also qualification as a certified public accountant (or equivalent).
• At least 6 years of experience in an auditing or consulting firm or in the finance function of a larger company.
• Very good knowledge of accounting according to IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, and Swiss Code of Obligations. Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus.
• As an additional plus, you have project experience related to the execution of company acquisitions/sales and/or capital market transactions and the preparation of financial figures.

• Fluency in German and English is a prerequisite.
