The Kantonsschule Frauenfeld is a forward-looking school with three departments: Gymnasium, Fachmittelschule, and Informatics Mittelschule. Our school community includes around 1000 young people and adults. The school has its own media library, whose wide-ranging media offerings are available to all members of the school.

Advice and support for school members in information and media matters
Purchasing, recording, presentation, and updating in coordination with the media library management
Introducing students to the media library

Your profile

Librarian training (specialist in information and documentation EFZ) or Bibliosuisse certificate course (formerly SAB basic course) or equivalent training
Cataloging experience (RDA) and research competence
Good knowledge of Office programs
Strong interest in the book and media landscape
Enjoy working with young people
High degree of independence, initiative, and precise working method
