About the job

• Assisting in the care of a group of 15 to 20 children aged 4 to 6 years together with a qualified team
• Accompanying the children during lunch
• Implementing rules and agreements
• Assisting in the planning and execution of leisure activities with children

• Completion of a vocational training in a non-pedagogical field
• Enjoyment of working with children in a lively environment and interest in pedagogical tasks
• Outgoing, humorous, and empathetic
• High degree of independence, assertiveness, and resilience
• Good communication skills
