For our guests, breakfast is the first highlight of their day, and you make it something unique.

We are looking for an Assistant Breakfast Manager who makes the morning the highlight of the day with passion, energy, and excellent organizational skills.

• Supporting the Breakfast Manager and taking over their duties in their absence
• Leading the team and promoting cohesion through inspiring training
• Creating efficient duty rosters with Mirus 3.0
• Bringing in fresh ideas and actively shaping work processes
• Further developing our F&B offerings
• Ensuring the highest quality, service, and hygiene
• Active assistance in the restaurant

What you bring – Your recipe for success

• Completed training in gastronomy/hotel management or a degree from a hotel management school
• Professional experience in a comparable position and confident handling of Micros Symphony
• Experience in upscale hotel operations and room service
• Fluent German and English skills; any additional foreign language is a plus
• Responsibility, flexibility, resilience, and a pronounced quality awareness
• Sensitivity in dealing with international guests, joy in staff leadership, and a winning appearance
