Technician / Project Manager Interior Architecture & Carpentry (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and talented personality as: Technician / Project Manager Interior Architecture & Carpentry (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Comprehensive project management of demanding interior architecture and carpentry projects from the initial idea to the finished handover
• Customer consultation, on-site measurements, and creation of draft, execution, and detail plans in 3D CAD
• Preparation of scheduling, service and construction descriptions, as well as calculations
• Scheduling, coordination of implementation, and ensuring the highest execution quality
• Close cooperation with customers, suppliers, and our installation team
• Depending on your strengths and interests, we will jointly determine the focus of your activity (more towards planning/design or more towards project management/execution)

Your profile

• Completed training as a carpenter EFZ with further education as a technician HF wood technology, interior architect, planner, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in high-quality interior construction
• Very good 3D CAD skills (preferably Vectorworks or ArchiCAD)
• Interest in modern, digital working methods (BIM, etc.)
• Organizational talent, reliability, and a pronounced quality awareness
• Team player combined with an independent working style
• Good oral and written communication skills as well as enjoyment in customer contact
