Your Tasks

• Planning and leading global projects in the implementation phase as well as the commissioning of clean rooms, including their basic supply with cooling, heating, and electricity
• Leading the execution and assembly planning
• Conducting constructability reviews
• Creating project execution plans EPCM (V), including HSE, site logistics, construction management, quality assurance
• Monitoring project progress and defining project milestones
• Cost monitoring and budget compliance
• Preparing and conducting project meetings
• Coordinating and leading the procurement phases (bid list & procurement matrix), construction, and commissioning
• Interface coordination between construction, process engineering, electrical, and automation
• Supporting the acquisition of new customers and projects
• Consulting and training of internal employees

As a project manager for general contractor projects, you will lead and manage projects from planning to the handover to the customer. Planning, purchasing, building, and commissioning.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in project management with a focus on implementation and coordination of internal and external partners
• Several years of experience in handling projects in the fields of ventilation technology, clean rooms, pure media, black media, as well as electrical & monitoring systems
• Familiar and secure handling of the regulations and guidelines for GMP-compliant execution of pharmaceutical manufacturing systems (advantageous)
• Familiarity with the German HOAI and the service phases 1-9 as well as cost calculation according to DIN276
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
• Strong sense of responsibility as well as independent, structured, and committed working style
• Team and communication skills
• Willingness to travel (international)
• Driver's license B
• Good German and English skills (spoken and written)

Please note that this position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in information and consulting. The monthly minimum salary (full-time amount) is provided, but there is a willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications.
