About the job
- You handle the administrative processing of entries and exits as well as the probation period process and process payroll-relevant changes in the personnel information system SAP.
- Likewise, you are co-responsible for the administration of training and further education as well as general correspondence in HR.
- Your area of responsibility includes administrative tasks such as absence management in the personnel deployment program Polypoint, accident reports / UVG, and document filing.
- You support the HR service team.
- You are interested in the healthcare sector and enjoy customer contact.

- You know how to properly use the common MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).

With around 1,400 employees, we ensure accessible, personal, and effective psychiatric treatments and care for adults at our nine company locations in the cantons of St. Gallen and Appenzell Ausserrhoden as well as in the Principality of Liechtenstein.
