At our global, operational headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking for a dynamic, innovative person as a Senior Electrical Engineer 100% (all genders) for our Electronic Design Team within R&D. In this role, you will take on the following tasks: In the research and development department, you are responsible for the development of analog and digital circuits as well as electromechanical assemblies from functional prototypes to series production readiness. You develop the foundations and technologies for future solutions, systems, and modules within the framework of preliminary studies and in collaboration with universities. You are responsible for integrating new components into market-ready products (System Architect) and advise product management when starting projects and sketching new products. You are responsible for conducting, evaluating, and documenting test and measurement series and accompany the approval processes (Safety, EMC, and OIML) from a technical perspective. You support quality and production issues and take on tasks within the scope of product maintenance and the technical change process (ECM). You support the industrialization process of new products using modern ECAD, PLM, or ERP systems. You take on the management of subprojects as well as preliminary studies and accompany external development partners such as universities.
