Feeling comfortable
You should feel safe with us. Competent nursing professionals and empathetic, appreciative caregivers guarantee a friendly, stress-free atmosphere. Aware that every person wants to be free, our staff treat everyone with respect and take any expressed wishes seriously. Those who have been used to working all their lives should be able to do so here as well. Meaningful activities enrich daily life in the home. But those who just want to be, should be allowed to do so at any time. After all, we take care of physical and mental well-being. Our kitchen managers are very creative in combining soothing and long-standing preferences. In the spirit of our Christian view of humanity, there is also a pastoral care offer. Security:

Information and prices
Day stays
The Senior Center Naters offers day care for elderly people. Day care can be half-day or full-day. Below you will find a cost overview for day stays:
Daily flat rate
Fr. 40.00
Half-day flat rate
Fr. 30.00
(morning until 12 noon or afternoon from 1 pm) The remaining costs for the day stay are subsidized by the canton. Nursing services under KVG are billed according to cantonal regulations.
The health insurance charges the usual 10% deductible. The price includes the following services:
- One main meal per day
- Snacks
- TV in the lounge
- Wi-Fi
- Emergency call service
- All internal and external events and offers
- Use of common rooms
- Mineral water with or without carbonation during meals
Activities and offers
Breathing exercises and movement, every Monday. Crafts: Always on Tuesday, e.g. cards and decorations Hairdresser: Mondays or Fridays. Registration via nursing staff or directly with the hairdresser.
The residents' council: Residents bring ideas, discuss, for the benefit of all.
Once a change of scenery: Exciting resident excursions 3 times a year. Foot care: appointments with the medical podiatrist are possible every week.
Memory training: offered on average once a month. Hangout: with short activities and visitors. Always open: Cafeteria Haus Sancta Maria from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Cafeteria Haus Stelle from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm Jass (card game): there are several Jass groups distributed throughout the house. Art exhibitions: by the art commission. Always a change!
Funny clown visits in the residential areas or in the cafeteria. Painting: on Wednesday mornings.
Pure nature: Working in the garden in the summer months: weeding, watering, harvesting,
O sole mio: Singing, always on Wednesday in the cafeteria. Projects: with school classes or children from the Naters childcare. 5

Through the seasons: Classical concerts in the evening, 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm.
Helping to prepare - working feels good Sen.art gallery: Residents paint and exhibit (patronage edelbert w. bregy).
Dancing: twice a year dance afternoon. Or on Wednesday in the cafeteria.
Our tradition: Valais legends: twice a year story afternoon.
Much joy, again and again when sitting together with volunteers. Walking: every Friday. Let's go! Health, not just for the body: take note of our pastoral care offer.
Ypsiloneule: a moth. At night it is quiet, but someone is always there.

In the chapel Haus Sancta Maria with transmission to the prayer room in Haus St. Michael, the following takes place at 10:30 am:

The rosary prayer takes place from Monday to Friday at 4:45 pm, both in the chapel Haus Sancta Maria and in the prayer room Haus St. Michael.

For about 160 people who depend on assistance in everyday life, the Senior Center Naters offers a home. They live in Haus Sancta Maria or in Haus St. Michael. In between is Haus Stelle, a new building with assisted apartments for seniors.

Most residents live with us for a longer time (so-called long-term care). In addition to the personal living area, there are several common rooms. The senior center also has a living area for people with dementia. In addition, we offer short-stay beds as a bridging offer and day care places as relief offers. We are guided by primary nursing, which assigns a responsible qualified nurse to each resident, ensuring holistic and relationship-oriented care at all times. Appreciation and acceptance as well as mutual supportive solidarity characterize the world of our staff
