Process / Industrialization Engineer (M/F)

The Automation & Test Station department holds the expertise for the study, realization, validation, and commissioning of automated assembly lines and test equipment that constitute our state-of-the-art industrial tool.

Its mission?

• Find solutions adapted to business cases to industrialize the assembly of our products (mechatronic drive systems) manufactured in large series at our two production sites in Sonceboz and Boncourt.
• Build, have built, and support assembly or test equipment.

We are currently recruiting a Process / Industrialization Engineer.

Autonomous, you supervise the industrialization of products from the product development phase (Design for Assembly). You intervene at all stages of a special machine / automated assembly line development project, from the proposal of the first machine concept to its reception and commissioning.

Main missions:

• Be the contact person for the R&D teams at all stages of product industrialization
• Propose a first concept of special machine / assembly line
• Strong aptitude in machine design (CAD)
• Perform budget estimation and decision matrix
• Consult suppliers
• Manage the development project of the special machine / assembly line in terms of quality / costs / deadlines:
• Planning
• Management of development costs in accordance with the budget
• PFMEA
• Equipment validation (safety validation, capability studies according to MSA methods, performance measurements)
• Support for installation and start-up of the line
• Assistance with ramp-up

You are also called upon to ensure the improvement and modification of existing assembly machines.
