What we are looking for

We are addressing trained professionals such as druggists, MPAs and FaGes in health or a trained hotel communications specialist. You are an upbeat, independent, and balanced personality. You enjoy working at the front and daily customer contact. You remain calm in hectic times and set clear priorities. You have no fear of using IT tools and have already worked in a similar position.

Your area of responsibility

You are the first contact for our customers – competent, empathetic, and friendly. You support our orthopedists and specialists in receiving customers, coordinate appointments, and keep an overview. Telephone service, scheduling, and other administrative tasks complete your daily work.
