- Co-responsible for payroll processing of various AXA units
- Co-responsible for the implementation of correct withholding tax deductions and the associated administrative tasks
- Processing of child and education allowances
- Year-end tasks as well as deputizing in other areas of team colleagues
- Independent handling of inquiries from internal and external specialist departments (e.g. HR Administration, Compensation & Benefits, etc.)
- Taking on exciting specialist responsibilities after a thorough onboarding phase, in cooperation with internal interface partners such as IT
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Commercial basic training and at least four years of experience in a similar role
- Solid social insurance knowledge with withholding tax knowledge
- Further training as a social insurance specialist (advantageous) and/or CAS Payroll Expert
- Preferably experience in using the SAP-HR module
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills, Italian skills are an advantage
