- The SEMP ensures, in collaboration with political, economic and social actors, the balanced development of the labor market, it is composed of two offices: - The labor market office (OMAT)- The office of labor relations and conditions (ORCT)
You support a migrant audience from the asylum field, benefiting from an S permit, in their professional integration process, by offering individualized and close follow-up aimed at sustainable access to the primary labor market. You analyze profiles, identify skills and barriers to employability, and direct beneficiaries towards appropriate labor market measures (MMT). You coordinate your actions with economic and social partners, develop collaborations with employers, and ensure the coherence of interventions. Finally, you monitor the procedures and actively contribute to the implementation of the program's objectives, respecting the legal and institutional framework.
You hold a university, HES or equivalent degree related to the function and have several years of experience in recruitment, consulting, coaching and/or professional integration. You have a solid knowledge of the local economic fabric and employer actors, as well as a good command of integration programs and associated legal frameworks. Equipped with strong analytical, communication and listening skills, you act with rigor and professional ethics. You have a perfect command of French, both spoken and written, and possess a good knowledge of English; mastery of Ukrainian or Russian is an asset.
