What you can achieve
- You develop and implement an integrated marketing communications plan along the customer journey and ensure effective lead generation, sustainable trust building, and strong brand awareness with clearly targeted measures.
- You develop effective analog and digital sales and communication materials and ensure that our sales teams convince with target group-oriented information in customer dialogue.
- You manage and optimize CRM-based campaigns, further develop leads along the entire funnel, and ensure effective campaign performance with data-based analyses.
- You design, plan, and implement integrated campaigns across various channels, thereby strengthening the visibility of our services and ensuring consistent implementation of our brand positioning.
- You further develop our digital marketing channels, explore new digital communication opportunities, and build automated, targeted customer communication.
- You design, plan, and implement target group-specific live events, manage their execution, and ensure sustainable impact with structured success control and targeted optimization measures.
What you bring
- You have a degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with further training in marketing.
- You bring several years of professional experience, preferably in the B2B sector and the Swiss healthcare market.
- You are an open personality with structured, entrepreneurial thinking and an independent working style.
- Very good German and good French skills, both written and spoken.
- You use gender-sensitive language, work with our templates, and adhere to the communication and CI/CD guidelines.
