Your tasks are …

As a Team Manager, you lead a team of Media Strategy Consultants and support them in strategic as well as personnel matters. Together with the consultants and experts from the specialist departments (Performance Marketing, Branding, Media & Creation as well as Data & Technology), you develop and optimize integrated media strategies. In doing so, you promote the professional and personal development of a team and ensure that our clients receive excellent media consulting. To stay close to trends and innovations, you also continue to manage your own client portfolio. You use your expertise in all media types as well as your instinct for channels to develop holistic strategies and analyses. Additionally, you support the Co-Heads of Media Strategy in new business, lead pitches, and thus actively shape the continuous development of our unit.

You …

• have at least 5 years of experience in a media or digital agency as a planner or consultant for national clients or in-house on the client side. In addition, you can demonstrate successful projects that you have significantly shaped
• have leadership experience or have led teams professionally in large client projects and have a good understanding of commercial management and bring economic thinking into your client and team work
• have knowledge of the effectiveness of various marketing measures and experience in advising on operational and strategic media measures and have knowledge of the Swiss media landscape as well as the common strategic planning tools (MACH studies, MediaFocus, etc.)
• are skilled in designing cross-media campaigns and skillfully integrate disciplines such as Performance Marketing, Branding, Media & Creation as well as Data & Technology
• have comprehensive knowledge of online and offline media ecosystems, trends, and tools and understand not only how branding campaigns work but can also confidently handle numbers and statistics
• speak German and English and are confident when presenting to clients
