You recognize where optimization potentials lie and successfully implement your ideas with personal responsibility and commitment.

Your tasks

You take over the personnel and professional leadership of a team of 10 employees and ensure that they can develop their full potential
You are not only responsible for handling all tenant deposits of Zürcher Kantonalbank but also actively shape the further development of processes and structures in your area
You identify optimization potentials, develop solutions together with other departments, and implement them
You ensure high process quality and support other departments with processing and organizational questions around our core topics

Your profile

You have completed a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification
A higher education (e.g., professional certificate, HF, Bachelor/Master) is an advantage or you are willing to complete one
You are a doer who enjoys taking responsibility and actively shaping processes
You have a good sense for people and support your team with empathy and clarity to achieve goals together
First leadership experience is a plus but not a must – we are happy to support you in developing your leadership skills
