Polymechanic for an Exciting AVOR/Production Manager Position!
Tasks
- Overall responsibility for mechanical production (planning, control, monitoring)
- Work preparation (AVOR): creating and maintaining work plans, parts lists, and production documents
- Capacity and scheduling planning in close cooperation with sales, design, and purchasing
- Ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost-effectiveness
- Optimization of production processes (lean, throughput times, setup times)
- Leadership, coordination, and further development of production staff
- Introduction and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPI) as well as continuous improvement
Requirements
- Completed technical training in mechanics (e.g., polymechanic, mechanic)
- Further training as a technician HF, master craftsman, or FH engineer is an advantage
- Several years of experience in production management and/or AVOR in a mechanical environment
- Very good understanding of manufacturing processes (turning, milling, assembly)
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- Leadership skills, assertiveness, and ability to work in a team
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
