Service Technician Concrete Technology (m/f)

Are you passionate about the construction industry, love technology, and want to work where everything related to concrete technology comes together?
As a service technician, you can expect a varied role where you are very close to our products and customers. You work independently, solve technical challenges directly on site, and ensure that our concrete technology remains reliably in use.

Your tasks

• You ensure that our concrete technology equipment remains reliably operational through maintenance, repair, and inspection work.
• You investigate technical faults and ensure that our equipment is up and running quickly again.
• You prepare new, rental, and special equipment for use, from provision through installation to commissioning.
• You document your assignments in maintenance, inspection, and service reports.
• You impress our customers with your professional and solution-oriented approach and build long-term relationships.

Your profile

• A completed technical basic training, ideally as a construction machinery or agricultural machinery mechanic EFZ or, for example, as a truck or car mechanic.
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in solving problems directly on site.
• An independent and reliable working style, team spirit, and sense of responsibility.
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a confident, straightforward manner.
• Very good German skills; French skills are an advantage.
• Driving licence category B/BE; additional licences and certifications such as category C, forklift licence, aerial work platform, or fall protection are advantageous.
• Willingness to work throughout Switzerland, sometimes on multi-day assignments.
