The role
You are project leader for Tech Center projects to further develop and improve internal and external manufacturing processes and you work on MFC (micro fibrillated cellulose) application development together with R&D. How you'll make an impact
- Improve internal manufacturing processes, such as fibrillation of fibers in production machineries, drying of MFC gels, general process improvements and set up a clear process control
- Improve external manufacturing process, such as drying
- MFC application development in Coatings, Adhesives, Emulsions
- Completed Bachelor's degree with basic scientific studies
- Knowledge in chemistry (bio-based materials) or materials sciences
- Experience in project lead in product introduction and scale up in manufacturing / production / contract manufacturing
- Experience with cellulose and paper are an advantage
- Fluent in English - additional German skills are preferred; Accurate and conscientious approach to work
- Like to collaborate in teams, reliable, flexible and interacts respectfully and appropriately with different stakeholders
- Annual working hours (based on a 40-hour week) with flexible working hours
