The ****Hotel, Seminar and Congress Center SEEDAMM PLAZA has 230 beds and houses the restaurant OLEA, the restaurant KAORI, and the Pfäffikon Casino. For banquets and events, 9 rooms including the Plaza Event Hall are available for up to 1000 people. To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a motivated person for our restaurant OLEA as well as for our banquet area

- You enjoy guiding apprentices and new employees
- You manage the balance between large banquet events and à la carte service with the support of an experienced kitchen team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a cook EFZ or an equivalent qualification
- Motivated personality and joy in the profession
