Your impact

Your qualifications
■ Commercial training EFZ or an equivalent qualification
■ Many years of leadership and practical experience in unemployment insurance
■ Confident German or French language skills, both spoken and written, with very good knowledge of the other language
■ Identification with the values of the Unia trade union
■ Good balance between assertiveness and service orientation
■ Strong organizational and communication skills
