Our Resident Services Department is responsible for maintaining the resident register. Furthermore, the administrative processing of deaths, naturalization matters, dog-related issues, and activities of the SVA branch office are part of the department's tasks. In addition, Resident Services is the first point of contact for all customers of the Birsfelden municipal administration.

Your main tasks are:

For this position, you bring:

Completed administrative apprenticeship and/or equivalent commercial training and preferably professional experience in the field of resident services

Reliability, flexibility as well as a committed, careful, and efficient working style

High independence, customer orientation, and good communication skills

Confident German language skills and foreign language skills are an advantage (F/E possibly I)

Teamwork and resilience

Good IT skills (MS Office as well as experience in innosolvcity/Abacus and CMI Axioma are an advantage)
