Job Description
Your core tasks:
- Operational and commercial support: Co-responsibility for management, control of processes, and monitoring of the cost structure.
- Team leadership and scheduling: Leading our team and scheduling vehicles and machines.
- Organization and optimization: Planning, optimizing, and continuously improving our processes, including in the area of circular economy.
- Maintaining contacts: Point of contact for customers, partners, and authorities.
- Quality and safety management: Ensuring quality and smooth, legally compliant processes.
Your profile:
- Commercial / business background
- Solid knowledge in the field of recycling
- Experience in personnel management
- German and French spoken and written
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Flexibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and action
- Negotiation skills and enjoyment of sales
- Decisiveness, independence, solution orientation, and teamwork ability
